Stacy has architected, and led, multiple operational enterprise-level systems and services in the IC and DoD communities for over sixteen years, giving her a comprehensive understanding of systems architecture, engineering, development, deployment, and maintenance. She specializes in identity and access management (IAM) and possesses an in-depth knowledge of several industry-leading IAM technologies. She has used this knowledge to solve the complexity of regulating identities and governing their access to resources and assets within the IC and DoD.
Chad has more than seventeen years of experience in systems engineering, software development, system architecture, systems integration, and reliability engineering. Over the last eight years, he has led multiple agile software development projects within government agencies, and on internal research and development projects. His expertise is in leading agile teams through the use of Scrum, eXtreme Programming, Kanban, and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies to achieve customer goals on schedule and under budget.

Melanie has been leading scrum teams (Coach/RTE/Scrum Master) since 2008 with experience delivering high availability systems and performing legacy upgrades. As both a certified SAFe Program Consultant and Scrum Practitioner, she has experience coaching and leading teams in Agile practices following SAFe principles. She has been instrumental in facilitating the adoption of SAFe across program office engineering teams for multiple government agencies including the rollout of government-provided tools which include JIRA and Confluence.
Entrepreneurial-minded leader with 15+ years of program management and consulting experience specializing in innovation, emerging technologies, and enterprise data systems with government and commercial clients. Henry brings with him a breadth of experience with expertise with certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), numerous Scaled Agile Framework (SA, SSM, RTE), and Certified ScrumMaster.
Miguel has 10+ years’ experience in cybersecurity, information assurance, system administration and network engineering. He has supported and lead projects in mobile communications, Network Architecture, and agile development. With his experience he has brought new solutions to the field of software development and security. His recent focuses are on integration of systems, cloud services, and system development life cycle.

David is a seasoned IT professional with over twelve years of technical work experience in the areas of systems integration, software development, and technical support and maintenance in support of the IC, DoD, VA, and private business communities. In recent years, he has worked as a lead integrator and software developer with a heavy emphasis in AWS cloud development, Scrum and SAFe agile methodologies, best-practice and eXtreme coding, and using continuous integration/continuous delivery tools to rapidly deploy software, meet enterprise objectives, and achieve customer goals. He possesses a strong ability in the areas of problem-solving, critical thinking, and troubleshooting, allowing him to drive his teams to implement solutions to maximize delivery on customer need.
Allena has expansive skills in IT solutions, modernizations, and consulting services. Offering experience in test automation, technical documentation, and agile development, while supporting enterprise search and integration services. Throughout her time supporting various government agencies, she has utilized these skills to design and implement comprehensive manual and automated test solutions. Focusing on quality assurance standards, agile methodologies, and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Her recent focus are areas of software development, automation, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, infrastructure as code, and providing solutions and tools to mission partners and Security Teams within various government agencies.
